Does the theater have seating that is handicapped/wheelchair accessible, and how do I reserve these seats?The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza is accessible to all patrons with disabilities.  Excellent seating is available, but limited.  Please indicate any seating needs you may have at the time of purchase.

 

Is the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza for all ages?

All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket. With the exception of children’s productions, infants and children under the age of 5 are not recommended in the theatre. Please note that individual shows may have their own guidelines on age restrictions

 

What is the alcohol policy?

Guests must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol into the facility. Alcohol sales cut off times vary upon event. Drinks will be allowed into the theatre.

 

What are the box office hours?

The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza box office and lobby will be open one hour prior to each scheduled performance.

 

Can I take pictures?

Camera policies vary by event and are determined solely at the discretion of the show and are subject to change. Selfie sticks are not permissible. Unauthorized or prohibited photography of an event may result in confiscation by show representative.

 

What time do doors open?

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance.

 

What is the fire protocol?

In case of fire or emergency, please proceed to the nearest exit.

 

Do you offer group sale discounts?

Discount rates are available for groups of 10 or more. For information, please visit our group sales page, call 314-402-2430 or email pawgroups@gmail.com.

 

What is your inclement weather policy?

The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. This stipulation in clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined.

 

Whatis your late seating policy?

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and the show production.

 

Do you have a lost and found?

All lost and found items are turned into the Box Office. Please see the House Manager or Usher should the Box Office be closed.

 

What is your recycling policy?

We encourage patrons to keep the Earth clean.  Please dispose of all garbage in the receptacles provided.

 

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza or its lobby.

Tickets

Tickets for all events are available for purchase online at metrotix.com and by phone at 314-534-1111.  Tickets also available at the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza box office one hour prior to show time. 

Rush Tickets

Rush Tickets are available for most shows appearing on stage at the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza.  Patrons who present a valid student ID or military ID at the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza box office one hour prior to show time can purchase tickets for only $10 for most shows.  Note that price is subject to change on a show by show basis. Limit one ticket per person. Available while supplies last.
