Ticketing Policy

Tickets for all events are available for purchase online at metrotix.com and by phone at 314-534-1111.  Tickets also available at the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza box office one hour prior to show time. Tickets may also be purchased at the administrative offices, located to the left of the box office, Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 2PM. We do suggest you phone 314-647-2434 ext. 1 prior to stopping by to make sure someone is there.

The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza box office, its phone center, and MetroTix.com, are the only authorized outlets for tickets to performances presented by the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza. Tickets purchased from sources such as brokers or third-party websites, unless specifically authorized by the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza, are purchased at the consumer's own risk. By purchasing from the official ticket provider, you are assured that the tickets you receive are valid, are being sold to you at face value, and will be honored by the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza.

The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza has a “no refund” policy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not replaced. No refunds or credits will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.
